Bring your mat, an open mind, and a willingness to discover new potentials. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Our experienced instructors provide corrects to support your practice and help you create optimal alignment in each position while residing safe. You are welcome to try any class at Yoga Studio. We encourage you to do as much as you feel comfortable doing and know that you can take a rest in child’s pose or savasana at any time.

Meditation is a beautiful way to explore and deepen your experience of the Self through meditation practice. We will arrange class with basic, nourishing and deep yin poses, and then change into a meditation practice that is focused on becoming more intimate and familiar with the inner presence and enjoyment that is you’re True Self. It's a chance to approach yourself with love, joy and playfulness. There are many forms of meditation, and we will explore disparate kinds of meditation each week, but overall we will cultivate your ability to hold various aspects of experience (body feelings, thoughts and emotions) in your awareness and to view them from a different viewpoint, and nurture states of spiritual feeling like peace, love, kindness, abundance, and joy with rich visualizations. This class is open to anyone at any level of meditation practice. Come with an open mind and a desire to explore and play in this experience.

We help you to Finding the Right Yoga for You
Finding the right trainer is another important part of beginning yoga. Our Greenville teachers are registered with Yoga Alliance have completed either 2 or 5 hours of training at an approved skill yoga studio. You can practice with sureness knowing that our teachers are specifically trained to not only help you progress in your practice or training, but also to help prevent your body from being injured. While some instructors may lead classes in a brief chant (matra), "OM", or share philosophy, don’t let these experiences scare you as they are meant to bring you peace and good will.
